Refund Policy

At Corrib Prints, every product is made to order—designed, customized, or printed specifically for you. We take great care to ensure quality, but due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing, we ask customers to understand the following refund and return policy:

Custom Orders & Personalised Items

Because custom and personalised items are made uniquely for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

This includes:

  • Branded or personalised prints

  • Custom designs

  • Print-on-demand orders from user-submitted files

Upload & Print Orders

We do not offer refunds for user-submitted designs once printing has begun. Please ensure your file is accurate and complete before submitting. If we identify issues with your file before printing, we will contact you to confirm or request corrections.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not function as intended due to a fault on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

We will either:

  • Offer a replacement free of charge, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
